Where can I use my John Doe Voucher?
You can redeem your Voucher in-store at Howard House, 46-50 Sawmills Road, Diss, IP22 4DA

If the total order value is less than the value of your Voucher, any balance will remain and can be applied to future purchases, provided that the Voucher has not expired. If you wish to use your remaining balance at a later date, keep hold of your Voucher.

Can I use my John Doe Voucher over the phone?
Yes. Your Voucher can be used to pay for goods on the phone to our main office on 01379 644 081. We will simply ask you at point of purchase for the unique Voucher issue number.

When will my Voucher expire?
​Your John Doe Voucher will expire 1 year from purchase.

Voucher must be displayed in-store at point of purchase or if used over the phone then the unique code number must be stated. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged or re-produced.
