We would like to thank you all and particularly David in the Carpet Department, Malcolm who measured our rooms and Jon and Stuart who laid the carpet for making the whole experience of buying a new carpet such a pleasurable and such an easy one. Jon and Stuart were extremely helpful when they came, it was a relaxed and happy day and the two rooms look wonderful. My husband and myself would like to say a BIG THANKYOU to ALL of your STAFF. We recently purchased wooden flooring and Stressless furniture for our house in Stradbroke. What we found was that your staff were all extremely knowledgeable about the items we liked, and in fact knowledgeable about everything in your store. What is more, all your staff members were polite and nothing was too much of a problem. Even the staff who delivered the items were very polite, careful and an excellent advert for your company. The chap who laid the flooring, was extremely knowledgeable about how to lay the flooring, was very neat and tidy and left no mess. In fact, everything went completely smoothly. It was a great pleasure to have purchased our furniture and flooring from John Doe. Please pass on our thanks to all your staff, they were all wonderful.

 

We are writing to thank you for providing an excellent service regarding our recent bed purchase. We really appreciated your time and expertise on advising us on the Somnus range of beds, and the Connaught is thus far proving very comfortable. The delivery staff were also very professional and helpful and we would like to extend our gratitude to them for assisting our friend when delivering our old bed to her home. It makes such a difference when little things, like removing their shoes in the bedroom, are observed and thought about. Once again, many thanks to you all and for your team's assistance.
