Flooring Sales Executive
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our friendly team within our Flooring Department at our superstore in Diss. For over 40 years we have provided customers with first class service and expertise in the flooring industry, and we are looking for an additional team member to assist in our continued growth.
With customer service at the heart of our business, you will take pride in delivering a top rate service to all customers. The successful applicant will help customers identify and purchase products that they desire, process customer orders and arrange installation dates as well as help with day-to-day tasks around the store such as pricing and updating shop displays where necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ascertain customers’ wants and needs
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Keep up-to-date with product information

. Training in flooring products and practices will be provided (Both internally with colleagues as well as externally through suppliers and industry expert third party training providers)
. Salary will be based on experience and credentials
. Working Pattern: Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat 08.45 – 17.00
