Thank you for fitting the carpet throughout our new bungalow with such efficiency that they were all in place at the time of our arrival. We are delighted.

We are most grateful to you for all your help and assistance. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to bring home so many carpet samples at the outset, thus enabling us to be happy with our eventual choice. Now the job has been completed, please accept our thanks for the care, efficiency and hard work which you and the rest of the team put in to achieving such an excellent result. We had our kitchen and utility fitted with Carnival Vinyl which to say the least must have seemed a very daunting task for your fitters because of the size and complexity of the job. But the reason for this letter is to say what an excellent job they made of it. We were advised several times that there would be a join and it may be visible but I would defy anyone to try and see it. They truly did a fantastic job. Whilst writing we would like to say that the attention and help with samples etc and advice given by your showroom staff and estimator was second to none and we truly appreciated it.
