The staff are very good. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We had our kitchen and utility fitted with Carnival Vinyl which to say the least must have seemed a very daunting task for your fitters because of the size and complexity of the job. But the reason for this letter is to say what an excellent job they made of it. We were advised several times that there would be a join and it may be visible but I would defy anyone to try and see it. They truly did a fantastic job. Whilst writing we would like to say that the attention and help with samples etc and advice given by your showroom staff and estimator was second to none and we truly appreciated it.

This morning you delivered a bed to me. I am writing to express my thanks for the excellent service I received from your salesman Ben through to the two delivery men.

Your company recently fitted a black and white vinyl flooring to my conservatory. I would like to say that I am very impressed with the finished result. It looks really good and there are no gaps around the edges and it is not possible to see the join. The team responsible are highly skilled fitters and I give them full marks for their efforts. The whole job from the initial quotation, inspection to fitting was professionally carried out and I would like to say thank you very much.

We are writing to thank you for providing an excellent service regarding our recent bed purchase. We really appreciated your time and expertise on advising us on the Somnus range of beds, and the Connaught is thus far proving very comfortable. The delivery staff were also very professional and helpful and we would like to extend our gratitude to them for assisting our friend when delivering our old bed to her home.
