I am writing to thank you and your excellent team of carpet fitters for a job well done. We had three of your men come to fit carpets in three of our bedrooms. Our home is a converted barn, with low ceilings and beams so not an easy job - not to mention displaced furniture in preparation for the new carpets. The men were all so courteous and obliging and they left the job so clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even seemed to like our noisy dogs! Also, the two ladies in the store where I had chosen the carpet the previous week were so nice and very helpful. All in all a very satisfactory experience. We look forward to using John Doe again as and when we next need new flooring.

The sales staff for advice, patience and friendly humour - thanks Lindsey and Val, young Malcolm too for his estimating, Vincent who made floating the kitchen floor with latex look easy, John and Karl who made a fabulous job at laying the vinyl into an awkward shaped room and Gary and Stuart who fitted the lounge, dining room and hall carpets. Well done and a big thank you to you all.

A very good friend of ours to whom you supplied furniture and carpets, recommended you to us as we were looking for a new carpet for our lounge. Today this has been fitted, and we would like to put on record how very pleased we are with the end result. Keith and his colleague could not have been more helpful moving the furniture, removing the old carpet and cleaning up at the end. We are most delighted and next Spring we hope to do two more rooms so we will be back to see you. We would also like to put on record the courtesy shown and also the professional way your staff at the show room helped us in the selection of our carpet. New carpets and new furniture all in place and we are so pleased with the result and once again the service we received from all departments was top class. We had our carpets fitted a couple of weeks ago. Thanks for all you did. It has been a bit hectic rushing round getting our house completed but I thought, I must just write to say thank you for all the help you gave us. A special thanks to your two fitters Craig and Stuart. Lovely guys, so patient and helpful and they have done a super job. Many thanks for an all round 5 star service.
